Call microsofts activation center.

tell them that you bought a new computer, that you have activated this program before and that you got a virus and your windows had to be "reprogrammed" they will say something like "im sorry this happened. we'll make this painless for you" works every time...P.S. When they ask you how many computers do you have this installed on tell them just this one!!
