i downloaded the runonizer, but it says that the file "ocl.dll" is missing or invalid

wow i just found out how to get in to runescape system i know how thay made the game and every thing it awsome its so amazing and i am able to get people free members account and get dulication on any item all i need is your (username) and (pass) and email it to (juggalojoe112 Email Removed) and tell me what you want duplicated. i can even get you a boat and you can sail to any land on the map.if you dont beleive me report me my user name is (eternal dad) i promise this is no scam trust me if you want to be a member with unlimited days and have 100 mill in your bank email me. if not you out of luck.
