w32.spybot.worm removal help Please!

I just found that my computer is infected with the W32.Spybot.Worm and would like some help in getting this out of my computer.
I have read some of the other posts and already downloaded the BFU.ZIP And extracted to desktop also downloaded ewido security suite and installed that. I downloaded hijackthis.exe also.
