high jack this log and backdoor

i am having a lot of problems  with my computer it freezes and is slow. it also tells me theres a back door (at least it use to but then i did a system restore) anyway here is the high jack this log
is there any programs you could suggest that i could download for free to scan for trojans, spyware, malware etc.

I don't see any Windows updates on your computer or any Anti-Virus software

Do you have your own AV to install or do you need a free solution?

I have no AV of my own so i need a free solution. I don't have any windows updates because i have had to reinstall windows XP onto my computer since it would not load at all prior to reinstall.
