Can anyone tell me how to update my motherboard bios and also tell me if it\'s possible to screw up horribly doing so.  Thanks.  I don\'t know what I\'d do with out all your help so far.

that is probably the best site for compleate information
the FAQ on the site tells you of the dangers and possable ways around them!
