Computer being slow.. Maybe a virus?

I've ran Ad-aware.  I've also ran Spybot Search and Destroy.  Neither of them picked up much.  So, I'm thinking this is some sort of worm or something?

Also, you still have Ewido's installed
Why don't you check for updates and run a complete system scan

Also, are you still running around without any Anti-Virus software??
