Hey, i found this place searching google for complete folder.

well, im not sure how this got onto my computer but it takes up one-fouth of my free space.

i have deleted this one when i searched this file, but now it is back and i cannot get to it anymore

ive searched and made all invisible files visible and it is not there.

ive typed in the address exactily as it showed, it goes to it but freezes up the window and turns white.

when i scan for virus adware spyware etc it scans through the file for about 20 minutes.

i would very appreciate it if someone would help me out on this.

I need you too post a hijackthis log

Let me know what scanners you have tried
And what versions they are

From my signature below, download and save hijackthis 1.99.1 too a permanent folder on your harddrive

Do a SCAN and Save a Log file---Save the log----copy and paste the WHOLE contents of the log here

Well, you have some work to do

Can you do the following please
Disable SpywareDoctors realtime protections so it won't interfere in any fixes

I need you too download a few tools
First, you appear to have Ad-Aware installed, open it and check for updates, don't run a scan yet

Right click an empty spot on the desktop and left click NEW>>Folder
A new folder will be placed on the desktop, name it BFU

Download and save p2pnetwork.zip
Then UNZIP it to the BFU Folder

Download and save and then UNZIP to the BFU folder
BFU.zip
So you now have BFU.exe extracted

==Download and Install this small program
to help clean your temp folders,cookies, etc...
Windows Cleanup! 4.0
Don't run it yet

==Download and then Install
Ewido Security Suite

When installing, under "Additional Options" Uncheck "Install background guard" and "Install scan via context menu".

From the main ewido screen, click on Update in the left menu, then click the Start update button.
After the update finishes (the status bar at the bottom will display "Update successful")
Close out Ewido for now, we'll need it later
If for some reason the Updater won't work can you manually download the
Updates from this link after you have Ewido installed

Open Ad-Aware SE Personal 1.06 , ensure to click the check for updates now link and Connect to download the latest updates
Don't run a scan yet

==Download smitRem.exe and save the file to your desktop.
Double click on the file to extract it to it's own folder on the desktop.

Download Pocket Killbox
From one of these loactions

In the event you have killbox, I need you too download this version

Please save these instructions to a Notepad file and save it to your Desktop for reference

Disconnect from the Internet

Click the red highlighted X button and say YES to the first prompt
and No to the second

Exit killbox
RESTART your Computer in SAFE MODE
You can do this by tapping the F8 key as the system is restarting, just before Windows loads, or use the link I supplied for a more detailed explanation

In safe mode
Open the BFU folder
Double click to run BFU.exe
Use the "Open Script file" button (the folder icon next to Scriptfile to execute)
Navigate to p2pnetwork.bfu in the BFU folder
Right click p2pnetwork.bfu and choose Select
In Brute Force Uninstaller select Execute
Let it finish then Exit

==Open Cleanup! by double-clicking the icon on your desktop (or from the Start > All Programs menu).
Set the program up as follows:
Click "Options..."
Move the arrow down to "Custom CleanUp!"
Put a check next to the following (Make sure nothing else is checked!):

* Empty Recycle Bins
* Delete Cookies
* Delete Prefetch files
* Cleanup! All Users

Click OK
Press the CleanUp! button to start the program.
When it's done, decline to log off or restart the computer

==Open the SmitRem folder, then double click the RunThis.bat file to start the tool. Follow the prompts on screen.
Wait for the tool to complete and disk cleanup to finish.

==Open Ewido Security Suite
Click on the Scanner button on the left menu
Select Complete System Scan
*If Ewido finds something it will prompt you with "Infected Object found"
Ensure the following are Selected
*1. Perform Action = Remove
*2. Create Encrypted Backup in Quarantine (Recommended)
*3. Perform action with all infections
Then click OK
When Ewido has finished it's scan click the "Save Report" button
Save the report to desktop
Exit Ewido

Do another scan with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

After you have ticked the above entries, close All other open windows,
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Open Ad-Aware 1.06
Click START
Click the radio button to Perform a Full system scan then click NEXT
When it's finished scanning
At this point you should either right click on the screen and and choose the "Select All" Objects option or individually put a checkmark in each objects checkbox
click on the Next button. Ad-Aware SE will now present you with a confirmation box as to whether or not you would like to remove the objects you have just selected. Press the "OK" button

Restart back to Normal mode

Back in Windows

yes. it is a program i have. i do not belive it has anything bad on it, but i guess i will unintall it on account i dont use it.

btw. that battlefield thing put ezula on meh computer, i got it off with Xoftspy. i went to msconfig and disabled it from coming on on start up, same with !xspeed.

Go back into msconfig and enable everything on startup
Under the General page do a Normal startup

Click apply then close but don't restart yet

Instead

From below, download and save Search.zip
UNZIP the contents too desktop
Double click on Search.bat
A text file will open, copy and paste the contents back here

ok, did all that, restarted my computer. and now. my computer destop will not load neather will the start bar. its just thge empty back round. please help me.

NVM that part got fixed. i guess it was because i put start up as selective and not normal... mabye

Can you do the following
Download AproposFix from here:
http://swandog46.geekstogo.com/aproposfix.exe

Save it to your desktop but do NOT run it yet.

Then please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following:
1) Restart your computer
2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.

Once in Safe Mode, please double-click aproposfix.exe and unzip it to the desktop. Open the aproposfix folder on your desktop and run RunThis.bat. Follow the prompts.

When the tool is finished, please reboot back into normal mode, and post a new HijackThis log, along with the entire contents of the log.txt file in the aproposfix folder.
