According to the first site, to get a coga you need to:
"Requests to make a new conga line for a site will be granted if you click on the link next to Currently: from the site
www.yourfreevideoipod.com. If you do this and sign up for an offer, you should be credited within 30 minutes. In your email to me, tell me that you signed up on my link at
www.yourfreevideoipod.com and that you would like to add a new conga line with your link on the front!!"
However, on coolcongas.com, just ask the admin nicely, and you will get one. That's not too dificult now, is it? Another thing, the admin had to start off some of the lines with his link, after all, it's HIS site. However, he's also nice enough to put other ppl on top if the admin didn't do the site.
Third, the site is more professional and if promoted well, it could do quite good.
