theres just one problem with this guide. a money guide is to make money if the peerson needs money how are they suppposed to buy  something for 60k

I was thinking that exact same thing. If you reduce the price to... lets say 30k you will make much more of a profit than if you sell it for 60k, becuase you see your target is noobs (due to most high players knowing how to make lots of money). Honestly, THINK. You are not very money wise in the world of runescape.
