Hi all I have been trying for weeks to remove this virus and I have not had success plz help me to remove this pokapoka76 ...........thanks Marie

Can you post a hijackthis log please

From my signature below, download and save hijackthis 1.99.1 to a permanent folder on your harddrive
Open Hijackthis.exe
Do a SCAN and Save a Log file---Save the log----copy and paste the WHOLE contents of the log  here
