Help please

hi I'm back again http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'\' /> I have a new problem (yes the old one still exsists at least until I reformat in December once class is out for winter recess) On my taskbar I had this little windows icon shaped like a triangle yellow with a black exclamation appear. It claims that my virtual memory is low and wanted to adjust so that this is not a problem. Now mind you I only had IE up and a print job printing nothing new for my PC same thing every day that I do. Why might I be getting this warning?? I have never run into this before and I am not running anything different that usual. I havent installed anything new. Could you please explain what might be causing this?? if you need a new hijackthis log one is below. BTW if there is anything going on that don't need to be let me know how to get rid of it or turn it off LOL k like example itunes I dont even use itunes yet i see it on my hijackthislog. Anyhow thanks in advance and PS i tried to donate since you have worked so hard on my last problem but it says i can't?!

Download the trial version of Spy Sweeper from HERE
Click on the Free trial link

Install it using the Standard Install option. (You will be asked for your e-mail address, it is safe to give it. If you receive alerts from your firewall, allow all activities for Spy Sweeper)

You will be prompted to check for updated definitions, please do so.
(This may take several minutes)

In SpySweeper
Click on Options > Sweep Options and check Sweep all Folders on Selected drives.
Ensure Local Disc C is checked
 Under What to Sweep, check every box.

Click on Sweep and allow it to fully scan your system.

When the sweep has finished, click Remove. Click Select All and then Next

From 'Results', select the Session Log tab. Click Save to File and save the log somewhere convenient.

Restart your computer

Copy and paste the SpySweeper log back here
