TOP 5 most common scams

This guide is intended to prevent people from falling for scammers who want their accounts:
(In no way am I trying to get your password these are common examples of scams that I have seen and that you should NEVER fall for also pelease don't send emails to these accounts they are just made up)(They go in order of the most times I have seen them to the least)

SCAM #1: "I am bored of runescape and really rich so I have decided to quit/I found a hack that can change stats and/or dupe items.  Just send an email requesting what items/stats you want to [email protected]"

SCAM #2: "I found a program that can get peoples passwords, just send an email to [email protected] with the following information

SCAM #3: "Hi my dad works for Jagex and is willing to give people free stuff just send your username and password to..."

SCAM #4:  "I am a former jagex employee and after giving my little brother some free stuff I was fired.  I have developed a program that I will be releaing soon that can give level ups and items.  Until it is released (author note: it will never be released) please send me your username and password to..."

SCAM #5: "I have developed an item duplicator/stat changer here is the link to download it..." (<-- The link that this scam will give you is 100% garunteed not to work and be infested with a keylogger or trojan virus)

Well thats it, if you see a "hack" just remember THERE ARE NO HACKS FOR RUNESCAPE, ao never give your password or download files you are unsure of...

Also you know that it is a scam if I leave a message that says:

"THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT SEND THIS PERSON YOUR PASSWORD! I will not rest until all scammers stop trying to steal peoples accounts!!! http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mad.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':angry:\' />"

Holy good god jesus. If only people were as smart as you! Is it me or is everyone to busy searching runescape hacks on google rather than playing the game its self, and they wonder why there level 40? jeez, good one man.
