they have done offers, they just haven't been credited yet

and yes i will take a screenshot for you, but i'll blank out the names except for the first letter. one will have an x which is flyers who requested a spot (i'll post a screenshot of him telling me that he did an offer later)

I have just made a new rule that once you get to the #1 spot on the ConGa then you become the moderator of that ConGa on the forums. Then you can update it etc on your own. This way the ConGas move a lot faster and saves me a lot of time.
