The computer is running as if it as a virus on it, it will not allow me to send any outgoing email messages, please help me. Here is a hijack this log from the PC.

Let's take another look
Can you open Hijackthis>>Open the Misc tools section
Open "Uninstall manager"
Click the SAVE LIST button
Save the list to desktop and then copy and paste back here the Whole contents

Sorry for the delay

Let's do some cleanup

Access your Add/Remove programs via the Control Panel

Uninstall
Ebates Moe Money Maker
and
Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.3

Spybot is not malicious, but we should update you too the newest version

Reboot the computer afterwards

Back in Windows
Find and delete this folder if found
C:\Program Files\Ebates_MoeMoneyMaker <-this folder

Download and Install the free version of Ad-Aware SE Personal 1.06
Open Ad-Aware, ensure to click the  check for updates now link and Connect to download the latest updates
Click START
Click the radio button to Perform a Full system scan then click NEXT
When it's finished scanning
At this point you should either right click on the screen and and choose the "Select All" Objects option or individually put a checkmark in each objects checkbox
click on the Next button. Ad-Aware SE will now present you with a confirmation box as to whether or not you would like to remove the objects you have just selected. Press the "OK" button

Open Windows CleanUp! and run the CleanUp

RESTART your computer

Back in Windows
Download and Install Spybot 1.4 from
HERE
 or HERE

After installation--Click the UPDATE button on the left
SEARCH FOR UPDATES on the right
Check, and download all updates
Click the Search & Destroy button on the left
Check for Problems---When the Scan is complete
FIX all selected promblems in RED

NOTE: If you get a bad checksum error when updating
Re-search for updates and try a different download location

RESTART the computer to finish the cleaning process

Back in Windows
Post back a fresh hijackthis log

Do a "System scan only" with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

O9 - Extra button: Ebates - {6685509E-B47B-4f47-8E16-9A5F3A62F683} - file://C:\Program Files\Ebates_MoeMoneyMaker\Sy350\Tp350\scri350a.htm (file missing) (HKCU)

After you have ticked the above entries, close All other open windows, including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Reboot your computer
Post one last hijackthis log, let me know how things are running

Wow, why so long to reply back????

If you didn't pay for XoftSpy, access your add/remove programs and remove it

Reboot the computer

Back in Windows

==Open Cleanup! by double-clicking the icon on your desktop (or from the Start > All Programs menu).
Set the program up as follows:
Click "Options..."
Move the arrow down to "Custom CleanUp!"
Put a check next to the following (Make sure nothing else is checked!):

* Empty Recycle Bins
* Delete Cookies
* Delete Prefetch files
* Cleanup! All Users

Click OK
Press the CleanUp! button to start the program.
When it's done
Decline to log off or restart the computer

Make sure you check for updates with both Ad-Aware and Spybot and run scans
Clean everything they find
Reboot your computer

You appear to have 2 processes running for Java's updater
Although not malicious, the updater doesn't work that well
Manually search for an update
Access your windows control panel and open the java icon
Under the General tab>>Delete files>>OK it
under the updater tab disable it
I recommend the following
Uninstall your version of Java from Add/Remove programs
Then visit the following link and download and save too your desktop the newest version of Java
for security reasons
