svchost.exe

Hello.  I am new and it just took me 15 minutes to figure out how to post a message so please forgive my ignorance in advance.  I am getting this error message every time I start-up:

Windows cannot find 'C:\WINDOWS\svchost.exe'.  Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.  To search for a file, click the Start button, and click Search.

Can you help me figure out how to solve this?  I figure this might have something to do with how slow my computer is running.

Do a SCAN and Save a Log file---Save the log----copy and paste the WHOLE contents of the log  here... Don't try and fix anything yet----It is all important
