I've seen many problems solved here, so I'm hoping you can help me as well...

Lately, my usable disc space has been disappearing. I've deleted about 300 megs of useless mpegs and program files. But my c: doesn't record the deletions. No extra files can be found in my recycle bin (either of them) or any temp folders or in windows folders. Not being very tech savvy, I am at a loss. Please offer any suggestions you can come up with. I'm hoping that this is something simple, but you never know.
