Hello not sure if this is the best place to get info on networking but I figured it couldn't hurt to try. My parents currently own a small business and just purchased four computers which where a snap to network. I configured them on a start topology through a switch and setup static IP addresses and everything works smoothly. My only problem is getting the dial-up connection shared across the network, I can see and even disconnect/connect the shared connection on any of the computers as long as my host computer is on. Everything seems correct to the eye but when I start Internet Explorer I get the page not found error every time. Any help would be appreciated greatly I have tried everything possible it seems but maybe I'm just overlooking something simple.
