Will 12Daily last?
1) Growth stats -- 210,000 members + 1000/day
Membership is growing. On 30 Dec05, they have 210,000 members, with 1000+ new members per day.  (This is reported in the News area after you login -- it is free to register if you wish to examine these News reports.)

"Rumor: 12daily Pro is about to crash and run. This could not be further from the truth. In fact our program is growing so fast that we have recently added 3 full-time staff members and increased the hours of all of our part-time staff in order to keep up with the business of 12DP and our other upcoming ventures. We have also invested a great deal in the past couple of weeks on up upgrading our hardware, network, and security. Believe me, we would not have made these serious investments in our future if we didn't plan on having one." Quoted from their site, 12Sep05.

2) Multiple income streams
This is what they say at the site: "In order to insure the long term success and sustainability of 12daily Pro: 1) member upgrade earnings are financed by multiple income streams including advertising, and off-site investments; 2) we require that all members upgrade within the first seven days of joining; and 3) we provide our members with superior customer service and consistent communication."

While nobody knows the future, and there are few guarantees in life or in business, I do know that our account is solidly in profit already, even if you exclude the referral commissions. But once again, don't gamble the farm on this or anything else. If you choose to put money into this, recover your costs as soon as you can and after that just reinvest a portion of your profits.

3) 14 years of experience
"12Daily is owned by LifeClicks LLC. where the team has a collective fourteen years of experience in the areas of marketing, advertising, media, and online investments. They brought their talents together to create a number of lucrative online projects and partnerships."
-- Quoted from the News area of their site.

4) NetIBA certified
12Daily is NetIBA certified, along with their Stormpay payment ID. NetIBA provides consumer protection services by providing a valid, confirmed identity for Internet vendors. With this new certification, 12Daily strengthens its solid reputation as a trusted online business.

5) 5 stars at Autosurfmonitor
12Daily is the only site to earn a 5 star rating on Autosurfmonitor.com. Over 1200 members of the public have voted.

I have no doubt that 12 daily pro is a scam... but that doesn't mean you can't make money off it. I won't sign up for it now because I think it's been around long enough that they can no longer have enough new users sign up to pay off the existing ones... But if you had gotten into this 6 months ago you could have made a lot of money. Even if it did shut down you would have made enough money to cover the loss. I've been joining newer sites where I can hopefully "enjoy the ride" for a few months before they shut down. Here are a few I have joined.

http://www.15aday.com/?ref=635

http://www.prosurfer717.com/?ref=1815

http://www.turbogpt.com/?ref=4454

The 15 a day is really new and has a better payout then 12daily. It will probably grow real fast. Been paid one and now I'm maxed out in it.

The prosurfer is okay... They pay out reliably but they have a few quarky rules that will probably keep me from maxing out on that one.

The turbogpt is also a good one that has paid me twice. Haven't maxed it yet....

I understand they will all fail eventually, I just hope to make good money while they are hot. Who knows maybe 6 months from now 12daily will still be around and I will kick myself for not joining it...
