Hi Dorwrath, sorry for the delay

Can you do the following please

Go to this link and Download and Install
Spy Sweeper 4.5 - Free Trial
The download link is at the bottom of the page
http://www.webroot.com/consumer/products/s...er/latestv.html

Save the Installer to desktop
Double click to Install and follow the prompts

It will prompt you to update to the latest definitions, click Yes.
In SpySweeper
Click on Options > Sweep Options and check Sweep all Folders on Selected drives
Ensure Local Disk C is checked
Under What to Sweep, check every box.

Click on Sweep and allow it to fully scan your system.

When the sweep has finished, click Remove. Click Select All and then Next

From 'Results', select the Session Log tab. Click Save to File and save the log somewhere convenient.

When prompted, allow Spy Sweeper to restart your computer
or Restart the computer anyways back into Normal mode

Back in Windows

I need to see these 2 logs
Copy and paste the SpySweeper log together with a fresh hijackthis log into this thread.

Do you want to post your own logs from FRST?

Actually I see the notify entry in your log now

Did you uninstall it?
SpySweeper should work on the XP64

Please save these instructions to notepad for reference
Start>>run>>type in notepad
Hit OK
Save this too your desktop

==Download the Killbox by Option^Explicit.
* Save it to your desktop

Close all other Windows, including this one
Do a "System scan only" with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page =
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = about:blank
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page =
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = about:blank
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = about:blank
F3 - REG:win.ini: run=C:\WINDOWS\inet20003\services.exe

O2 - BHO: HBO Class - {5321E378-FFAD-4999-8C62-03CA8155F0B3} - C:\WINDOWS\inet20003\3.00.13.dll

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [xp_system] C:\WINDOWS\inet20003\services.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Shell] "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\ibm00001.exe"
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [PayTime] C:\WINDOWS\system32\paytime.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [xp_system] C:\WINDOWS\inet20003\services.exe
O20 - Winlogon Notify: Control Panel - C:\WINDOWS\system32\fqdrclnr.dll (file missing)

After you have ticked the above entry, close All other open windows
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Have just the text file you saved with instructions open
Run Pocket KillBox.exe
Click on TOOLS>>Delete Temp files

In the killbox program, select the Delete on Reboot option.
Copy the file names below to the clipboard by highlighting them and pressing
Control + C

Killbox files to highlight between dotted lines
===================================================
C:\WINDOWS\inet20003\services.exe
C:\WINDOWS\inet20003\3.00.13.dll
C:\WINDOWS\inet20003\services.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders\ibm00001.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\paytime.exe
C:\WINDOWS\inet20003\services.exe

===================================================
*Return to Killbox, go to the File menu, and choose "Paste from Clipboard".
*Click the red-and-white "Delete File" button. Click "Yes" at the Delete on Reboot prompt. Click "No" at the Pending Operations prompt.

If your computer doesn't restart
Please Restart it now manually

Back in Windows, find and delete this folder
C:\WINDOWS\inet20003 <-folder

Post back a fresh hijackthis log please

Addtionally, Download L2mfix from one of these two locations:

http://www.atribune.org/downloads/l2mfix.exe
http://www.downloads.subratam.org/l2mfix.exe

Save the file to your desktop and double click l2mfix.exe. Click the Install button to extract the files and follow the prompts, then open the newly added l2mfix folder on your desktop. Double click l2mfix.bat and select option #1 for Run Find Log by typing 1 and then pressing enter. This will scan your computer and it may appear nothing is happening, then, after a minute or 2, notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and paste it into this thread.

[color=\"red\"]IMPORTANT:  Do NOT run option #2 OR any other files in the l2mfix folder until you are asked to do so![/color]
I just want to use this tool to help assisting in identifying files

Just hold tight for a second, I just want to edit my last instructions

The log from L2mfix looks ok

Can you do the following for me please
I'm not accustomed to a log from Windows 2003 SP1
I have to get used to the extra 023 entries  http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':)\' />
Let me look them over, they all look legit
It almost appears to be a log from Safe mode as I don't see all the running processes
But I do see AVG running, hmmmm

Can you do the following
Open Ewido
Under the main Screen click on Analysis to expand it then
Click Processes
Click the Save Report button, save this report to your desktop then copy and paste back here the whole contents

I hope to see this tonight, but I'm off to bed soon

Have you tried also running Spybot 1.4?
How's everything running?

This entry looks like a leftover from SpySweeper
Since it's no longer installed, you can have hijackths fix that item

O20 - Winlogon Notify: WRNotifier - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\WRLogonNTF.dll

Reboot the computer afterwards

I'll post final instructions later

You should run updated scans with Ad-Aware, Spybot and Ewido
