Burning ISO File "Its too large for the disc?"
« on: January 07, 2006, 09:59:08 PM »
Hey everyone, I am kind of new at burning ISO files, but up until now I really havent had any problem. Well I downloaded this file, a game Imperial Glory, its size is 1.61 gb. Up until now all of the files have been smaller. I have a regular cd burner, not a dvd burner. My question to you is, how do I burn this ISO file so that I can install the game and use it. Is there a way to burn part on 1 disc and the rest on another or is there another technique I need to use?

I appreciate your help in advance,

Jimmy

yes, GET A DVD BURNER , go to http://www.newegg.com and get yourself a cheap quality dvd burner, install in your tower, go to nero, setup the iso for burnign, chuck in a blank dvd and your done. I also believe there are some software that u can use to extract iso's onto ur hard disk. try isobuster or winiso in google and extract to your hard disk and install from there.

hope this helps

try  to use magiciso to burn iso image.  It is a easy way to burn iso image and make iso image.
Also you can use daemon-tools to mount your iso image as a virtual cd, juse install game on the virtual cd without burning.
