One thing to note is that the Bull Credit is different than Number of Referrals (that's used widely on other sites)
Your Total Bull Credit = Bull credits earned from signing up programs (Yes, you can sign up more than one offer) yourself + Number of Referrals.
Let me just give you an example:
Say you signed up EarthLink and referal 2 friends.
Your Total Bull Credit = 2 Bulls (for your Earth Link Sign Up) + 2 Bulls (for referring friends) => you are entitled to receive $100 USD Cash, which you can use to buy Shuffle or anything else.
However, you will only earn 2 referral credit with other sites and still need 1 EXTRA referal to meet the shuffle requirement (suppose that site needs 3 referrals for it).
To conclude, the 4 Bull credits is better than 3 referral count.
Another Example:
