well i personally looked at a tutorial on runehq for and there was a pic with all the runescape fonts and stuff but thats on my other comp and ill give that to u l8r and i dont really feal like lookin up the link right now cause im on a win98 1st edition dial-up so its really slow so ill give that to u later

Basically, if you are editing a picture to put someone in it this is what you do (If using MS paint), First take 2 screenshats, one of the char and one of the background.  Then you use a combination of tools to fill in evrything but the character.  Then you copy the character and paste it on the background one (make sure that the paste settings white is set to transparent.  Thean you have a guy standing.  To edit the text find the font (its somewere on runehq also there is a chatbox tutorial that helps alot) to put text over someone's head, it is size 13 bold and shadowed.  The text in the box is still size 13 and the same font, but not bolded or shadowed.
