download section and a flash gallry

however i need to install a download section for vbadvanced plus i need to make a flash gallry where i can put flash movies sum thing like newgrounds.com or any thing similar to that so can any body give me a hand in searching for these addons or can provide me with names how ever if any one is intersted in helping me out my msn is z.o.xEmail Removed
