Not on this site, but I've been scammed several times by the OfferCentric Network (never credited for offers even though the advertiser said they were notified that I completed the terms).
I am being scammed by The Get Friends Network (Get4/5/6/ManyFriends). I completed the offer more than a month ago, and never received a response after forwarding my confirmation email to their support.
I believe I am being scammed by the Trainn Network (Transcendant Innovations). Same as above, except they dont even have the decency to respond to support requests.

In conclusion. Avoid the following sites like the plague:

All OfferCentric Network sites for a variety of reasons including defrauding members of credit for legitimate signups, reducing the number of available offers to only 4-8 very expensive offers when you get close to finishing their sites making it even more difficult to finish, and arbitrarily disqualifying legitimate signups forcing members to obtain up to twice the number of referrals to complete their requirements.
The GetFriends Network Sites: Get4Friends, Get5Friends, Get6Friends, and GetManyFriends.
Trainn Network Sites: FlashIpods4Free, 3604Free, DVDRecorders4Free, YourFreeFlatscreen, YourFreeVideoIpods, YourFreePS34Free, and more sites to be launched soon.
