You didn't post the entire log
Can I have you do the following please
I want to make sure your running the latest version of Hijackthis

Download Hijackthis 1.99.1 from my signature below
Save it too a permanent folder on your harddrive

Open Hijackthis.exe
Do a "SCAN and Save a Log file"
A text file will open with the log---copy and paste the WHOLE contents of the log back here at the forum... Don't try and fix anything yet----It is all important

To copy and paste the Whole log
You can use these steps
In the Hijackthis log>>Click EDIT at the top
and then SELECT ALL
Then select EDIT>>Copy
Come back here and PASTE to your reply

Plus I don't want you running hijackthis from a temporary directory
Hijackthis makes backups, if you let the backups be made to the temp folders
When we clean these folders, all backups will be lost

It's very important that you follow all instructions closely

When I ask you too download a zip file, make sure you choose SAVE TO DISK rather than Open
Can you open "MyComputer"
Double click to open Local Disk C: drive
Right click an empty spot  and left click NEW>>Folder
A new folder will be placed in the C: folder , name it BFU
So you now have C:\BFU

Please download Brute Force Uninstaller
Reminder, choose SAVE rather than OPEN
Then Extract (UNZIP) the contents to the (C:\BFU) folder you just made

[color=\"#CC0000\"]RIGHT CLICK HERE[/color]
 and choose "Save As" (in IE it's "Save Target As") in order to download  Alcra Remover.
Save it in the folder you made earlier (c:\BFU)

Don't run it yet

Ewido Anti-malware 3.5

Open Ewido
From the main ewido screen, click on Update in the left menu, then click the Start update button.
After the update finishes (the status bar at the bottom will display "Update successful")
Close out Ewido for now, we'll need it later
If for some reason the Updater won't work can you manually download the
Updates from this link after you have Ewido installed

Open Ad-Aware, ensure to click the  check for updates now link and Connect to download the latest updates

or Print them out!
This is important, much of what needs to be done next, I would like you to do in safe mode without networking

Can I have you disable Norton's Script blocking until we have you clean
It may, and probably will interfere with some fixes we are about to try

To disable Norton AntiVirus Script Blocking

   1. Start Norton AntiVirus.
 If Norton AntiVirus is installed as part of Norton SystemWorks or Norton Internet Security, then start that program.
   2. Click Options.
 If you see a menu, click Norton AntiVirus.
   3. In the left pane, click Script Blocking.
   4. In the right pane, uncheck Enable Script Blocking (recommended).
   5. Click OK.
RESTART your Computer into SAFE MODE
You can do this by tapping the F8 key as the system is restarting, just before Windows loads
Choose Safe mode from the startup menu and hit Enter

Once in safe mode
Open the C:\BFU folder
Double click to run BFU.exe
Use the "Open Script file" button (the folder icon next to Scriptfile to execute)
Navigate to p2pnetwork.bfu in the BFU folder
Right click p2pnetwork.bfu and choose Select
In Brute Force Uninstaller select Execute
Let it finish then Exit

Set Windows To Show Hidden Files and Folders
    * Click Start.
    * Open My Computer.
    * Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
    * Select the View Tab.
    * Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
    * Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
    * Uncheck the Hide Extensions for known file types
    * Click Yes to confirm.
    * Click OK.

Go to START>>RUN>>Type in the following exactly, or copy and paste to the open field
Then hit OK

sc stop cmdService

Do the same thing with this command

sc delete cmdService

Manually, navigate too, and delete the following files or folders if found

Remain in safe mode
==Open Cleanup! by double-clicking the icon on your desktop (or from the Start > All Programs menu).
Set the program up as follows:
Click "Options..."
Move the arrow down to "Custom CleanUp!"
Put a check next to the following (Make sure nothing else is checked!):

    * Empty Recycle Bins
    * Delete Cookies
    * Delete Prefetch files
    * Cleanup! All Users

Click OK
Press the CleanUp! button to start the program.
When it's done, decline to log off or restart the computer

==Open Ewido anti-malware
Click on the Scanner button on the left menu
Select Complete System Scan
*If Ewido finds something it will prompt you with "Infected Object found"
Ensure the following are Selected
  *1. Perform Action = Remove
  *2. Create Encrypted Backup in Quarantine (Recommended)
  *3. Perform action with all infections
    Then click OK
When Ewido has finished it's scan click the "Save Report" button
Save the report to desktop
Exit Ewido
NOTE: When Ewido is running, don't open any other Windows

Do a "System scan only" with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

After you have ticked the above entries, close All other open windows
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Open Ad-Aware
Click START
Click the radio button to Perform a Full system scan then click NEXT
When it's finished scanning
At this point you should either right click on the screen and and choose the "Select All" Objects option or individually put a checkmark in each objects checkbox
click on the Next button. Ad-Aware SE will now present you with a confirmation box as to whether or not you would like to remove the objects you have just selected. Press the "OK" button

RESTART your computer  back to Normal mode

Back in Windows
I will want to see some updates logs later, but first can you run the following
Download L2mfix from one of these two locations:

Save the file to your desktop and double click l2mfix.exe. Click the Install button to extract the files and follow the prompts, then open the newly added l2mfix folder on your desktop. Double click l2mfix.bat and select option #1 for Run Find Log by typing 1 and then pressing enter. This will scan your computer and it may appear nothing is happening, then, after a minute or 2, notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and paste it into this thread.

[color=\"red\"]IMPORTANT:  Do NOT run option #2 OR any other files in the l2mfix folder until you are asked to do so! This Fix must NOT be run in safe mode for it to work.[/color]

if you receive, while running option #1, an error similar like: ''C:\windows\system32\cmd.exe
C:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt the system file is not suitable for running ms-dos and microsoft windows applications. choose close to terminate the application.."...then please use option 5 or the web page link in the l2mfix folder to solve this error condition. do not run the fix portion without fixing this first and letting me see a log

I'm just on my way to work, so I'll see these results later

Log off any other users on the machine except for yourself
Ensure Norton's script blocking is disabled
Close any programs you have open since this step requires a reboot.

From the l2mfix folder on your desktop, double click l2mfix.bat and select option #2 for Run Fix by typing 2 and then pressing enter. It will process then start.  Your desktop and icons will disappear (this is normal). L2mfix will continue to scan your computer and when it's finished, it will be ready for a reboot. Press any key to reboot. After the reboot notepad will open with a log.

[color=\"red\"]IMPORTANT:  Do NOT run any other files in the l2mfix folder unless you are asked to do so! Do Not run in safe mode!![/color]
If after the reboot the log does not open double click on it in the l2mfix folder.

1. Copy the contents of that log and paste it back into this thread
2. Post the contents of the Ewido report you saved earlier
3. Post a fresh hijackthis log

Open Hijackthis>>Open Misc tools section>>Open Uninstall Manager
Left to Highlight
Command if found
Then click the "Delete this Entry" button
Select YES at the prompt
Then click BACK under Other Stuff in Hijackthis

Do a "SCAN" with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

O20 - Winlogon Notify: Nls - C:\WINDOWS\system32\hrpq0575e.dll (file missing)
O23 - Service: Network Monitor - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\Network Monitor\netmon.exe (file missing)


After you have ticked the above entry, close All other open windows
Including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Reboot the computer
Come back here and post one last hijackthis log

Optionally, with all other windows closed you can have hijackthis fix checked these entries

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [UpdReg] C:\WINDOWS\UpdReg.EXE
Creative labs product registration reminder

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
System Tray Access for Quicktime
Both the above are not needed on startup, I'll leave that up to you to fix them

==You can go back now and Re-enable Norton's Script blocking if it's still disabled
and rehide hidden files and folders>>Reverse the instructions I gave earlier to view them

Final Cleanup
We should clear all your restore points to ensure you don't restore any nasties that may be sitting idle
    Go to START>>RUN>>In the open field
    Type in
msconfig
Click OK
Click the "Launch System Restore" button
On the Left hand side click on "System Restore Settings"
Put a Check in "Turn off System Restore"
Apply it and OK out of there>>Reboot your computer

Back in Windows, Go back and take the check out of "Turn off system restore"
This will reenable the System Restore feature and creates a new restore point

    *Will block bad ActiveX Controls
    *Block Malevolent cookies in Internet Explorer and Firefox

After installation, Check for updates and then click the "Enable all protection"
"Check for updates every couple of weeks"
after every update just simply click the "enable protection on all unprotected items"
                   
*Keep up to date on Windows updates
You appear to be set to Autoupdate, good move
It's very important to keep up to date on the latest High Priority updates

*Make sure your Anti-Virus software is always kept up to date and actively running in the background

*Check for updates with your anti-spyware programs and run a scan on a regular basis
A great addition to Ad-Aware
is Spybot 1.4, I recommend installing it if you don't have it
You can download it from HERE
 or HERE

After installation--Click the UPDATE button on the left
SEARCH FOR UPDATES on the right
Check all boxes and then download all updates
After update is complete
Click the "Immunize" button on the left>>>OK at the prompt>>Immunzine at the top green cross
Click the "Search & Destroy" button on the left
"Check for Problems"---When the Scan is complete
FIX all selected promblems in RED

RESTART the computer if any Red entries were fixed
Please Immunize after every update

You may also choose to hold onto Ewido and CleanUp!
Ewido will become a Limited version in a couple weeks
It's still a very good scanner to update and run once a month
