Ok i still have the red party hat and i want to get rid of it, You can buy for ONLY, Cash or check mailed to me directly, there is no other way for me to acculy ensure a transaction online. Price starts at $100

If i dont get any replys ill end up droping this thing on one of the free servers, i have no damn use for it.
