The only cheats for Runescape are autoers, but this is a very bad time to get involved with those because Jage is cracking down HARD.

what a lucky guy....
i saw ur post,
and im replying with good news..
i have both,

Maple story: Mine only works in Maplesea! are you Asean???
Runescape: yeah... its a auto thing, but this auto bot can open multiple window, means u can log into as many character u want, even log in the same channel... but do remember, the 15k account that got banned are all used this bot (thats what i get form the official runescape forum, i heard they say so)... so its dangerous to use, but also fun to use...

If your talking about Aryan I HIGHLY advise you don't use it because you are instantly flagged and can get your main accounts banned as well.
