The going world 1 market price is 133-140M, please post offers.

note: In the transaction, you will send the agreed payment, apply for a return, then cancel.  Then i will immedietly gve you the white phat.

still for sale, neither the buyer nor i wanted to send our part first.  no hint of buyer being scammer, though, just neither of us wanted to take the first step.  As stated in opening post, you will send the money via paypal, apply for retrieval by non-sending, and cancel.  You will then get your hat in the minute.
