Can you do the following please
Open Hijackthis>>Open Misc tools section>>Open Uninstall manager>>Click the SAVE LIST button
Save the list to desktop then come back here and copy and paste back the Whole contents please

Make sure you read privacy policies in the programs that you install
You appear to have installed a free screen saver
Which in turn also installed software from GAIN
which supplies popup advertisements and may slow your system

You also have Imesh installed
Although Imesh6 may not contain spyware, the older versions definitely did
I see Imeshbar, was this from an older version or from the newer version
If you have downloads from Imesh, can you copy them over to another folder so you don't lose them
I'm not going to ask you too remove Imesh
Only Imeshbar

Here's what I recommend at this time, you will probably find a great improvement

Download and save too your desktop
RemGAIN.exe
by Symantec's
Close all unnecessary windows, including this one
Run RemGAIN.exe
When it's done, reboot your computer

Back in Windows

Do a "System scan only" with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

After you have ticked the above entry, close All other open windows
Including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Access your add/Remove programs via control panel
Remove the following if found!
Aquatica Waterworlds
DashBar Toolbar
GAIN
Screensavers Installer
iMeshBar

I urge you to remove the next ones also, they can cause slowdowns too

Reboot the computer again

Back in Windows
Find and delete these folders if found
C:\Program Files\MyWay <-folder
C:\Program Files\Starware <-folder
C:\Program Files\DashBar <-folder
C:\Program Files\Aquatica Waterworlds <-folder
C:\Program Files\Common Files\CMEII <-folder
C:\Program Files\Common Files\GMT <-folder

Open SPYBOT 1.4, search for updates and run a scan
Fix all problems in RED

Run a scan with Ad-Aware SE Personal, make sure to check for updates before hand
Fix all Critical objects
Reboot if anything from either was found

Go to this link HERE
and download the latest version of Java, don't install it yet!
Use the Windows (Offline Installation)
Although a bigger download, I find it the most reliable
Access your Windows Control panel and double click to open the Java Icon
Under the Cache tab>>Clear Cache
Access your add/remove programs again and remove
Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.1_02
Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.1_07
Java Web Start

Reboot the computer one more time
Back in Windows
Install the latest version of Java

Come back here and post a fresh hijackthis log, let me know how things are running
