Want to start a new clan, come Join

Hey im looking to start a clan. Its my first time and i figgure it sounds like fun.
Looking to do things like:  Pk. Quests, ect...
My stats are: Combat lvl 71-  Lvl 61 attack 54 str (getting 60 tonight) 60 defence, 59 hp, 56 mining, 32 crafting, almost 48 mage with full mystic.  I usually wear my Full rune with dragon Med helm rune boots, ring of wealth, ammy of glory, Dragon Long sword, dragon dagger (s).  Usually i have a steady flow of cash around a million at a time, but have recently been hacked and removed of everything so i am out right now.  Members are expected to be online often, contribute to team mates needs not wants (i am thinking about having a clan bank, such as, people are required to pay an amount every month into an account, and when needed it is given out.  If you have done this before in your clans, let me know how to do this right, or if it faild regardless lol),  and have fun not be a dick not pk friends.  If you would like to join, pm me in game.

good idea but sadly I don't think this have has ever gotten a clan together...I could be mistaken though.

its mostly a trust issue i suppose, that is how my paintball team worked with "dues" and such, but that was real life
