i'm in a way undecided but personally i wouldn't trust him, but if he is trying to come clean then thats good but then again i agree with the once a scammer, always is but hey i mean it's all a matter of opinion and i'm just curious to see if he really did stop scamming.

Yeah he might of sent you the money first, but it does not change the fact that he scammed people (Which means he is sending other peoples money).  This also includes my money that i sent to him, im waiting for him to come online as he said even though he scamed me he will still give me the two million that i paid for.
