Though breaking Runescape rules could get you into trouble in game, technically as long as it doesn't conflict with forum rules you can do it.  I am not supporting breaking Runescape rules but if you chose to it will be done at your own risk.  If you are going to report a post a breach of Runescape rules is not a valid reason for this report.
