my friend is having truble with his account. someone else knows his recovery question. and is there any way he could possibly change his recovery questions without waiting for em to pend and just have a immediate change?

If you still have the account password you can login and change the recovery questions which takes effect immediatly. Also this isn't the sorta place to ask questions. Try the RuneScape board.
