Please help I am in the The Office 2003 TRAP
« on: March 28, 2006, 01:06:46 AM »
Ok Here it is. About a week ago I was forced to UPGRADE from OFFICE 2000 to Office 2003.http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'\' />
No big deal right? WRONG. I have a lot of background macros that were written for Office 2000 that now do not work. There seems to be an issue with the upgrade using the DDE connections as opposed to the OLE connections in the interface between WORD and ACCESS. How do I fix this issue? The normal mailmerge linking to the query and the Doc does not work. Does anyone know why? I have added all of the references and registered everything. I am at a loss  does anyone have any smart ideas???

Not sure if this helps, but here is a great alternative to MS-Office.
