Additionally, can you let me know the last time you ran a disk defragment on this computer and cleaned the temp. files and/or temp internet files

i know it only increase a litto bit but it still hella slow, could u dig deeper for me plz..............

i think my laptop got virus or something becuz of the symtom.

I'm just checking

What other anti-spyware programs do you have
Eg... Ad-aware se personal or Spybot?

Can you do the following please
Open Hijackthis>>Open Misc tools section>>Open uninstall manager
Click the SAVE LIST button
Save this list too desktop then copy and paste back here the whole contents please

Can you do the following
Download RootkitRevealer from [color=\"#CC33CC\"]Here[/color] (link is at the very bottom of the page).

    * Unzip it to your desktop.
    * Open the RootkitRevealer folder and double-click rootkitrevealer.exe
    * Click the Scan button (bottom right)
    * It may take a while to scan (don't do anything while it's running)
    * When it's done, go up to File - Save. Choose to save it to your desktop.
    * Open RootkitRevealer.txt on your desktop and copy the entire contents and paste them here.

I'm not seeing problems
For troubleshooting purposes
Go to start>>run>>type in msconfig
Under the Service tab>>
CHECK>>Hide All Microsoft services
Then click>>Disable All
Under the Startup tab>>Disable All
Apply it and then close and then restart the computer

Back in Windows, if everything is running better, by process of elimination find out what service or startup entry
is causing the problems
Renable a startup entry and/or Service one at time and reboot the computer

thank it go a litto faster but could i just disable all when i click Hide All Microsoft services, does it affect anything

I wanted you too disable entries in msconfig for Troubleshooting purposes
Go back to msconfig

By trial and error, reenable one entry at a time
Reboot in between
Figure out which entry is causing the slow downs
What program is it related too?

I don't want you too leave everything disabled in msconfig
I want you to determine what program is causing slowdowns?

First, go to start>>run>>type in cleanmgr
Click OK
Let it finish calculating and then clean defaults that are checked

Also, I see no Anti-Virus software on this computer
Can you download the Free version of AVG from this link
http://free.grisoft.com/doc/2/lng/us/tpl/v5
Scroll down and click on the link
AVG Free for Windows installation files
File   Version
avg71free_385a729.exe <-this link, or similiar
Save the installer too desktop then double click to install, follow the prompts

Make sure AVG is fully updated and run a complete system scan
Reboot the computer afterwards

Post back a fresh hijackthis log afterwards

Also, what is slow?
The internet or the computer in general

Please post so I can understand what your saying!

Please disable SpywareDoctor's realtime protections so it will not interfere with any fixes we try

Do a "System scan only" with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

That gives me enough info
Processor is ok
but
240 MB of RAm
Probably 16 shared to video
512 Ram would be nice

Download and save WinPFind.zip
UNZIP the contents to your desktop
Don't run it yet

You can try and shut down some programs on startup
Actually, the only one worth disabling

If you don't need this running on startup and can start it manually
Have Hijackthis fixed checked this entry with all other windows closed
O4 - Startup: WordWeb.lnk = C:\Program Files\WordWeb\wweb32.exe

RESTART your Computer into SAFE MODE
You can do this by tapping the F8 key as the system is restarting, just before Windows loads
Choose Safe mode from the startup menu and hit Enter

In safe mode
Open the WinPFind folder you extracted to desktop
Double click on WinPFind.exe

Click START SCAN
Let this finish, a log will open so you will know it's done
Close out after

Reboot back to Normal mode

Back in Windows
Post the results of the WindPFind.txt located in the WinPFind folder

I see your running ZoneAlarm
You don't need the XP firewall running,
Go into the windows control panel and ensure the XP firewall is disabled

If you open your task manager
What is using CPU?
What is System Idle process at?
