whenever i try to watch quicktime files or listen to quicktime files the audio on them never works, ive downloaded the newest free version of it and it still doesnt work. i removed it completely and reinstalled and it still doesnt work, windows media player works fine with audio or any other media player i have on my computer, its only quicktime. also, i noticed if i download the file and play it through a different media player it works fine. i know its not just the streaming problem because when i download it and try to play it, it still doesnt have audio, i checked the preferences in audio and they seem to be where they should be. please help me
