Ok i just finished the new quest and it is pretty easy but here is a guide for you just incase
Requirements:no lvls or quests, food, anti poison, armor & weapon, rope
reward:500gp, 500 hp and def. xp, 1 quest point, access to the dungeaon of tulna
1.)Talk to launa just outside of varrock going to canifis you will see a rift there, she will tell you she lost her son and blah blah blah then you tell her you will help her get her son back
2.)get your rope and if you dont have one close to the the varrock rune store kill the mugger until you get one, use the rope with the ridge and go down, you will enter a room there will be a weapon rack to the right use the mace on the rat, the sword on the unicorn, the spear on the bear, and the b axe on the goblin
3.)once your rage lvl has gone off you can exit and you will enter the next room here you just have to look in all the black holes and be aware fear reapers will come out, after lookin in the holes repeatedly your character will say something like i'm not afraid anymore but it will come up in the chat screen will change not when your character says it outloud then you can go to the next room
4.)once you are in the next room you must kill the confusion people and all but one of them are useless but you dont know which one is the right one so you have to attack em until you can actually do damage and then once you get all the doors down to one then you go through that door and into the next room(these monsters poison you)
5.)in this room you have to kill the helpless beware you have to kill them 2 times each i think maybe 3 then once you kill them all you can move on across the bridge and into the last room
6.)this is where you have to kill tulna, there will be 3 snake like things on a bridge and all you have to do is kill them all beware of poison cause he poisons you
7.)once you kill him talk to tulna and then you will be taken out of the cave then talk to tulna again and you will finish the quest and you can now go into the combat training area and this is strictly a training area there are no rewards or drops from the monsters
