Do another scan and save logfile with hijackthis and post the new log from the new location
Afterwards, shut down hijackthis and then restart it
Click on >>>>Misc tools section>>Open uninstall manager
Click the SAVE LIST button
Save this list too your desktop then copy and paste back here the whole contents please

Let's make a permanent folder for hijackthis please
Open "MyComputer"
Double click to open Local disk C:\ folder
Right click an empty spot and select NEW>>Folder
Name the new folder HJT
When that's done
Right click on Hijackthis.exe and select CUT from the menu bar
Open the new HJT folder and right click inside it and select PASTE
That is the now the new permanent folder for hijackthis

Can you still post the following please
Open Hijackthis>>Open Misc tools section>>Open "Uninstall Manager"
Click the SAVE LIST button
Save this list too your desktop then copy and paste back here the whole contents please

Why so much problems posting the uninstall log from Hijackthis
Take your time

Open Hijackthis>>Don't click any buttons yet
Under What would you like to do?
Click on the big button labelled
Open the Misc Tools Section

In the new window under System Tools
Click on the button labelled
Open Uninstall Manager...

In the new window click on the button labelled
Save list.... on the right hand side
A new window will open where you can direct where you want to save the log
In the drop down menu beside Save in
Select the DESKTOP
Then click the SAVE button on the bottom right

Go to the log you just saved on the desktop and open it and copy and paste back here the WHOLE contents
After you post this log we'll do some fixes on this computer to help speed it up

Can you do the following please
Please download AproposFix from here:

Save it to your desktop but do NOT run it yet.

==Download and then Install
Ewido anti-malware 3.5

When installing, under "Additional Options" Uncheck
 "Install background guard" and "Install scan via context menu".

From the main ewido screen, click on Update in the left menu, then click the Start update button.
After the update finishes (the status bar at the bottom will display "Update successful")

If for some reason the Updater won't work can you manually download the
Updates from this link after you have Ewido installed
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/updates/

Please save these instructions to a Notepad file and save it to your Desktop for reference
or Print them out!

Access your add/remove programs via control panel and remove the following if you can
ContextPlus

Then please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following:
1) Restart your computer
2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.


Once in Safe Mode, please double-click aproposfix.exe and unzip it to the desktop.  Open the aproposfix folder on your desktop and run RunThis.bat.  Follow the prompts.

When the tool is finished
Remain in safe mode

Run Windows CleanUp!
When the scan is done, DON'T log off or restart the computer yet

Instead
Open Ewido Anti-malware
Click on the Scanner button on the left menu
Select Complete System Scan
*If Ewido finds something it will prompt you with "Infected Object found"
Ensure the following are Selected
  *1. Perform Action = Remove
  *2. Create Encrypted Backup in Quarantine (Recommended)
  *3. Perform action with all infections
    Then click OK
When Ewido has finished it's scan click the "Save Report" button
Save the report to desktop if you logged into safe mode with your account or
to your Local Disk C:/ folder if logged in with a different account
Exit Ewido
NOTE: When Ewido is running, don't open any other Windows, let it run uninterrupted

Do a "System scan only" with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = \blank.htm
R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {4D25F926-B9FE-4682-BF72-8AB8210D6D75} - (no file)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [lich] lich.exe

After you have ticked the above entry, close All other open windows
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Reboot back to Normal mode

Back in Windows, I need to see all the following logs

1. Run another Scan and Save logfile with Hijackthis and post the new log
2. Post the Whole Ewido Report you save to Desktop or Local Disk C:\ folder
3. Post the entire contents of the log.txt file in the aproposfix folder.
