Read me plz, this is weird.

ok this is what happened, there was an update in runescape today... and before the update i went on my account fine evrything was in perfect working order, but then after the update about 1 hour later i tried to log into my account. and guess what my password was somehow wrong and im sure ive typed the rite password. so then i tried to recover my account and guess what the recovery questions seemed to be reseted.

here are the recovery question:

Answer to recovery question 5

i dont know why this comes up.. and i know for a fact someone couldnt have changed my recovery questions. this is why:

1. i never ever tell no one my password ( not even my mom)
2. when i log onto rs i always check evrything to see evrything is fine, and before the update it said recvories last set 30th march, whats when i set them.
3. it takes 2 weeks for recoveries to chage once you attempt to change them.

so if anyone can help me into getting my accouny back then please do, i do not have any other account nuttin. and i cant find a link to get in touch with jagex, nuttin. so if anyone knows what to do then please tell me.

go to customer complaint in jagex main page..just follow the links and you will find it..it's to the right hand side of the main page, customer service or complaint...try all those options and explain in letter what happened and some items in your bank and answer to recovery questiosn and old password and they'll check ip and give account back, there's a 'hacked accounts' section in there so find it and go through there.
