Help with Paypal
« on: April 12, 2006, 03:25:04 PM »
heyy, i was just wondering, when sum1 sends you money thru paypal, and you accept it.  Is it set in stone that you now have the money, even though the money has not left his account yet??

Im pretty sure that it is, seen as your balance rises etc, but just to be 100% sure

the money does leave his account, but the opton of 'refunding the item' remains there for the buyer to click and claim...and since rs trading is not legal, you would have no chance of fighting the claim...in other words using paypal to trade rs items is a HORRIBLE idea. The money does leave his account, but again..one click changes that.

basically the buyer pays first you give the item and then he chargebacks paypal buyers that offer to go first strait away are normally scammers.
mage to the end....
