I know this may sound weird but I was wondering if anybody has ever done a real life transaction(buyer and seller meet up face to face) for Runescape accounts and items such as party hats.  I know Blue Party Hats go for over 1000 USD and it's hard to make that kind of transaction not knowing anything about the person over the forums.

I don't know, just asking please don't think I'm some sort of wierdo.  :\
