Ok i've just started doing this, think it's really boring, but it is so worth it.....well... on with it.
REQUIREMENTS:
There really are no requirements for this besides being a member and having done Restless Ghost and Priest in Peril, but recommended is that you've done Ghosts Ahoy and have ALOT of rings of dueling.
Items needed: Recommended - 1000 buckets, 1000 pots, Ectophial, around 150 rings of dueling*, amulet of ghostspeak and 1000 of whichever bone you are using (recommended big bones and up)
Skills: A combat level of 50 and above is very helpful, 58 agility.
Quests: Restless Ghost, Priest in Peril, Ghosts ahoy.
*-Sir Demac can help you with this if you have the right equipment but can't make them yourself, at no charge.
1. - Okay, equip your ring of dueling and bring a weapon, wear your ghostspeak amulet and put all unnessicary items in the bank to weigh yourself down. Have your ectophial on you and withdraw 25 buckets from any bank. Teleport to the ectofunctus using your ectophial and go down the trapdoor. go down the agility shortcut, down the stairs, and keep going down until you get to the ectoplasm. Refill your ectophial and fill the buckets with the ectoplasm too. Now unequip your ring of dueling, rub it, and teleport to castle wars. there you can store the buckets of slime, withdraw empty buckets, and teleport to the ectofunctus. Repeat this process until all buckets are filled with slime. (remember to get another ring of dueling after one runs out of charges)
2. - keep your ring of dueling and ectophial on you, and withdraw 13 pots and 13 bones of your choice. teleport to the ectofunctus, go down and refill it with ectoplasm, go up again and up the stairs to the grinder. Right click one your bones making sure you dont bury them, and click on "use" then click on the loader. Click on the grinding wheel and then finally on the bin. repeat this 12 times more and teleport to castle wars. Repeat until you have 1000 bonemeal. teleport to castle wars, and bank everything except your weapon, ghostspeak amulet, and ectophial. withdraw 9 bonemeal and 9 buckets of slime, then teleport to the ectofunctus. click on it 9 times to worship it, then speak to one of the ghost disciples and you should get 45 ectotokens. Then go down to the ectoplasm and refill your ectophial, go back up and run to port phasmatys. you need 2 ectotokens to enter.
3. - Run to the bank and store EVERYTHING excpet your ectotokens, amulet, and possibly weapon. Withdraw 13 bonemeal and 13 buckets of goo, then go and worship the ectofunctus and run back to port phasmatys bank. Repeat this and you will up prayer 4 times faster than most people! no, seriously, this gives 4 times as much xp per bone, so instead of getting 15 xp for one big bone, you get 60 xp!!!
NOTE: you should have a few more rings of dueling, so you could keep these for next time, or just sell them.
