98 Boot image
« on: December 26, 2001, 07:33:58 PM »
How do I rip the boot image from my retail 98se? I just made autoinsert the cdkey, now I want to make it bootable like it was. I can do it with the 98 goot disk, but I like the original better. I got the boot image for WinME. Can someone tell me how to do that?
One more question. How can I make an ISO image of a CD with the boot image and everything. I work out the first question if I know the second. thanks

Get WinISO. With WinISO you can extract the boot image from the CD and add boot image to a newly created CD image. There are other programs that will do this, but WinISO seems to be the best for me so far. Trust me, this is the software that you need and it will do everything that your needing to do.
