Ive had one guy pay $250 for sum mills but then he canceled it.  Is it true that if you file a claim and then cancel it, it is safer as the cant call back the money?  Or can they do a claim more than once?

What about if they are verified on paypal, and there bank account doesnt have any money in, so he pays but then an hour l8r you get a email saying u dont get the money cos he doesnt have any in his bank account??

someone [censored] me over like that i payed them showed me mills logged out didnt give me anything filed claim won and didnt get cash back cus he had nothing in his paypal account

you can only file a claim once, so if you file and cancel the buyer can't file again.

only way to pay with bank money is transfer bank account money from your account into paypal, you can't pay directly from your bank account.
