Mods can compare IP on forums. Try getting a mod on a forum sometime.That's why i directed the commented to a mod, please think.
Also, your logic is slightly off, if we're going by the gun principle, you would have the bullet AND the gun.
So really it would be: "That guy there shot me. He has a gun, and the bullet matches it. He also has gun powder traces on his hands". Which is enough evidence in a case to build up a substantial level of adequacy to take action to further evidence.
I can show more proof on his scamming than on me scamming him, as he so kindly put it. I wasn't saying, put him as a scammer, just a mere warning.
