It doesn't look that bad
Your version of Java is way behind?
I would update, if you need a hand let me know
I find it best to install the latest version and then remove all older version and updates from add/remove programs

Why don't I see Anti-Virus software running on your computer?

How long have you had Windows Defender?
Is this when the slowdowns started?
What options do you have enabled with the following program
Foxie Suite

You have some optionals that don't need running on startup
And then you have some items that should be running on startup, such as AV software
Do you need a free solution?

For now, can you do the following
Use Internet Explorer and go to this website
Panda ActiveScan

    * Once you are on the Panda site click the Scan your PC button.
    * A new window will open...click the big Check Now button.
    * Enter your Country.
    * Enter your State/Province.
    * Enter your e-mail address.
    * Select either "Home User or Company."
    * Click the big Scan Now button.
    * Allow the ActiveX component to install if it will and download the files required for the scan. This may take a couple of minutes.

If this did work for you, while there you may as well run a scan
* Click on MyComputer to start the scan.

When the scan is complete
 click See Report, then click Save Report and save it to your Desktop.

Come back here and post the report from Panda's
