Spin scammed me out of 33 mil(read)

I was selling 120 mill to yeseysyysysysysysy and spin was the mm.  We sold the first 87 mill in 20 mil increments and all went fine and then yeseysyysysysysysy pay pal stopped working and we decided to finish the trade later.  When we all finally met up again to do the trade Max wanted to do the full 33 mill at one time.  I gave the 33 mil to spin because I felt he was trustworthy after doing the first 87 mill.  What do I get for trusting him?  Him claims to have never recieved the 33 mill and refuses to talk to me about it on msn.  

I have nothing to gain from pretending to have sent him the 33 mil.  I knew that Max would not send me the money unless Spin confirmed that he had it.  I am very angry about this spin basically stole 165 dollars from me.  I didn't want to have to post this but he refuses to talk to me on msn.  I know he is a trusted member on this site but I think the temptation of having 33 mil was too much for him to handle.  This is what I get for trusting someone on an internet forum.  Beware using Spin as a mm.  I'm sure he has probably done dozens of mm jobs but in this one the temptation was too much for him.  I welcome him to respond and defend his position.

1) Very Very strange trade for 120 mil with yesyesyesyes.  Spin was mm.  First 87 mil went very well.  Yesyesyes      was a good trader.  Spin was a good mm.  The next 33 mil however was going to be sent in one installment.  I traded it to Spin who then claimed he never recieved it.  I have no proof he took it and he denies it but I myself will not be doing any more business with him.  Moral of the story, dont trust anyone with this much gp and take screen shots of every transaction.  The story does not end here however.  Two weeks later I recieved a charge back of over 400 dollars in my paypal account.  I contacted yesyesyesyes who said he didn't do a charge back.  I called up paypal and they notified me a stolen credit card was used to make the purchase.  Upon further investigation i discovered yesyesyes had used his mothers credit card without permission and his mother did a stop payment.  I told paypal what I found out and they refunded me the 400+ dollars.  That was my first experience on ttg :)



2)  Succesfully sold 4 mil with Crazy Guy.  He went first.  Excellent buyer.

Spin its over man, we caught you...time to go scamm someone on a different forum. Another Offial Trusted MM down the drain.

Official MM's should be an Endangered species..they keep dying out.

This is why spin built up a Reputation...now he has his loyal customers on his side meanwhile reel is out 33m/ $165 usd...what ppl dont understand is he wasent goign to scamm there 1m and 10m deals he wanted an even bigger deal...guess he dident figure it would be this big of an issue.

Allanon, spin MMed 87 with no problems...the seller thought he was a good guy...why would the seller make this kind of accusation??? what is he gaining by this, its like me saying allanon is a scammer...what would i gain by this unless he really did scamm me.

Thats my point of view, iv sold over 80m on these forums, when i got the real $ n my paypal account i was happy as can be, until tom124 scammed me outta 5m, then i made a post...all im saying is what would reel gain from this, if spin mmed the 87m and everything went well why would the seller being make this kind of accusation.

Tell me your point of view allanon, i would appritiate hearing it.

I know if someone mmed 87m for me and everythng went well, and then i went to sell the other 33m and got scammed i would feel the same way reel does.....Think about it real sold most of his cash successfully whats the need for making a post that spin scammed? Also allanon wasent spin identified as a scammer at first? dident ppl say he was a scammer, now hes an official MM, and trusted member...You guys are letting just anyone in as a MM.

Thats why these forums have so many scammers...to be honest the reason im stickign up for reel has nothing to do with a feud between me and spin...its because i feel strongly about what he did...and i dont feel this should be taken as a lie..i think this should be looked into.

The point is to ruin someones' rep, it happensto Trusted Mills a ton, it happened to me a couple of times it happens to almost anyone trusted, and without any proof I am not gonna buy it.

Very very good point, But why?, The first 87m that spin MMed fr went well and reel said he was a good guy..and so on...now reel says that he was scammed, my question is why?, i really feel strongly about this.

I no for a fact if someone MMed 87m for me and everythign went well id be happy let along mad enought to ruin someones rep..also what you dotn realize is when your doing buisness with a trusted member you really dotn think to take pics and so on because you think everything will go well...just take that into mind.

I dee your point of of view and agree strongly with you, the reason is because your a forum mod and need proof befor taking action.

But, i spoke to reel and he explained to me calmly that spin sent him an e check for mills, he dident exept the e-check because it takes 3-4 days to clear..so he game the money back and then he said yes loggin in sayign he wanted to buy the 33m, he said ok and used spin as MM, he said sry to spin for not acceopting an e-check..then he traded spin the 33m..spin logged blocked him and also i dont no where yes is he seems to be avoiding this convo not even giving a say in this..

Plus i no somethings going on weather it be, scamming or lieing..ill figure it out sooner or later.

why are u pushing it? i didnt log block him at all, he kept bothering me after the trade had been stopped. thats it. job done, RSGOD, i shown evidence on the last thing u accused me of, time for u to sit down..  u told me my transaction wasnt real, i happily posted u abt 10 ss's proving it was... and no i was never recgnised as a scammer to begin with either, sorry to put you to shame.

Spin, I just find it odd that immediatly after I sent the money rather then talk to me about it and admit that the situation seemed strange you started accusing me of trying to pull something when there is absolutely nothing I can gain from what I am doing.  If you had worked with me rather than accuse me of doing something where there is no logical reason for my actions I may have given you the benifit of the doubt.  Is it possible that I traded with some other lucky guy on accident and sent him the 33 mil.  Of course anything is possible but I really don't think I am dumb enough to do this and there is noone else inthe picture I took immediately after the trade around us that I could have traded it too.

Rather then try to work with me you immedietly went on the defensive accusing me of doing something and asking me for proof which you knew I didn't have.  I'm sorry this had to happen and I hope you will be able to come to your senses and return what is mine.  I don't want to get all moralistic here but I do believe in karma and this will come back to bite you in the ass.

1) Very Very strange trade for 120 mil with yesyesyesyes.  Spin was mm.  First 87 mil went very well.  Yesyesyes      was a good trader.  Spin was a good mm.  The next 33 mil however was going to be sent in one installment.  I traded it to Spin who then claimed he never recieved it.  I have no proof he took it and he denies it but I myself will not be doing any more business with him.  Moral of the story, dont trust anyone with this much gp and take screen shots of every transaction.  The story does not end here however.  Two weeks later I recieved a charge back of over 400 dollars in my paypal account.  I contacted yesyesyesyes who said he didn't do a charge back.  I called up paypal and they notified me a stolen credit card was used to make the purchase.  Upon further investigation i discovered yesyesyes had used his mothers credit card without permission and his mother did a stop payment.  I told paypal what I found out and they refunded me the 400+ dollars.  That was my first experience on ttg :)



2)  Succesfully sold 4 mil with Crazy Guy.  He went first.  Excellent buyer.

I was waiting for the transaction to complete to give spin the praise he would have deserved had the transaction been successful.  I don't know what you mean by Spin ignoring me for being annoying.  He didn't block me until after I gave him the 33 mil and I tried to figure out what happened.  This is when he said I was annoying and blocked me.  I don't expect you to take action without proof, and Spin didn't either.  I am new to this forum and perhaps thats why he choose me to take advantage of. I am just letting my story be known that even trusted members can be tempted sometimes.

you wasnt trying to sort it out, you was accusing me, which i got fed up with, i talked with yesyesyes calmly. the fact is i havnt got your money as you well know, perhaps you did give it out. but yeh, i unblocked you a little bit later on, and as soon as i did, i had a stream of another 10 msgs in a row from u, back on block, infact i unblocked u in the end, and changed on to another messenger name, so i could get on with what i was dong in peace.. i will talk to you but im not having a slaggin of competition, this is wat i will avoid, its a waste of time.
