the fact is, the 87 mil was like 2 weeks ago and was succesful. the 33 mil reel obviously didnt have or didnt sell anyway. what i put there is not untruthul?

well whatever it was for then......he stil didnt recieve 33m of it so it was unsuccessful....
see..if he paid for the whole 120m and didnt get 33m thats not successful !!! but since or if he was buying in chunks and paid part by part up to 87 m
then paid for 33m and didnt get it thats still unsuccessful cause he didnt get 33m he paid for....now if he didnt pay for the 33m and didnt get the 33m its no big deal....he stil paid the right amount for 87.

no he paid for it as he received it, so now the 33mil wasnt paid for, but i'd be happy to also add to my transactions 33 mil between them unsuccesful

if he did pay for the 33m and u got the mills to give him and didnt get them to him then ya unsuccessful and a scam....but if he didnt pay for the 33m and u got handed the 33m hah u just got 33m lol...no jp u should give it back to him....(not sayin you have it ..jsut sayin in a scenario or sumthin )

People, i know for a fact that if i was MM'ing 33+ mills for anyone i'd keep it and run...
Frankly, i don't care about admitting it because i know that 99.9% of the population of TTG would do the
exact same thing except i'm man enough to admit it and you lot ain't... And as you can see, Spin falls into that massive percentage that would scam for that amount of cash no matter what the consequence be.

? ya 33m is alot but i mean dude id rather try to work for it than scam or jack it from sumone who rightfully paid for it......i mean if you give me 5m i can turn it into about 15m in a few days lol......but u know what ya alot of ppl would take 33m and run....but thats why they were doing it in sections of 20ms lol..they jsut could trade in small amounts anymore so they had to do the 33m...am i right ??....

Ya but im stating the obvious, i mean all and everyone of us have a little bit of scammer in us. Its just some of us need more of a tempt than others to get it out... And clearly for Spin 33 Mill was more than enough to release the Evil Spin inside him.

Before we started the initial transaction for the 120 mil I showed it to both you and yesyesyes. So there is no dispute as to weather or not that existed. I wanted to sell this! This was my goal. I wanted to sell it all of the first night but was unsuccessful because of yesyesyes's paypal. I don't see how it is obvious that I didn't have the 33 mil. I attempted to sell you 33 mil just 5 minutes earlier and you saw 5 mil of it. After I said I was going to sell it to yesyesyes instead and use you as a middle man I traded the 33 mil and you claim to have never recieved it. I do not play runescape anymore so I have no use for the gp. I only cared about the usd's. Spin admitted to me that even if he did take it he would never admit to it so I have no reason to believe him. Some people have stated that he has scammed in the past, I dont know if its true or not but if it is it shows that hes capable of doing it and 33 mil is more then enough to set this off. You also said yourself that you have some evil inside of you, how much gp is needed for that evil to kick in. If 33 mil doesn't set you off I dont think anything would. As mar0c stated, everyone has a limit before temptation sets in. Since I do not play runescape anymore I really am not aware how much 33 mil is worth and what people are willing to do to get it. If I wasn't so eager to get the money I would have just sent it in 5 mil bunches but after waiting 2 weeks I wanted to get the trade done with as fast as possible.

Throughout this entire ordeal I tried to remain as proffesional as possible. I tried to leave open that small chance that you may be innocent and I never resorted to name calling or questioning of charachter.

You however have made numerous small, offtopic, pointless posts, called me a "noob", egged me on to try to find evidence, and just seemingly did not take any of this seriously.

Spin, if your innocent and my gp did in fact vanish into nowhere, I apoligize.

If not I obviously hope your conscious will get to you and you will give it back to me. You never have to admit it to anyone on the forums and I will not make anymore posts about the subject. I take a lot of the blame myself for sending 33 mil to someone I barely know. Being tempted to take it is being human, but its also nescessary to realize when you make a mistake and rectify the situation.

Spin, even though gossip is going around that you've scammed someone out of 33 mill i reckon that you'll still be trusted after all this.. and you know why?
Because throughout all the time you've been on TTG you've earn't yourself a handful of kiss asses that will, no matter what the accusation be, bail you out. Anyhow this was anyone else, say for example.. Me. My name would be printed boldly on the scammers list in a matter of seconds.

This is what you told me in a pm:

if i really honestly took your money, for one it is in my personality i wouldnt want to face it, and i would have left the site, and blocked yours and anybody elses msn.

Now I do not believe that someone with 1000 posts on a forum and a history of positive feedback would be so quick to get up and run from a site because a new member accused them of doing something. It may be in your personality to not face it but I don't think it is in your personality to get up and run from this site.

This is my last post and I am now done with this forum. You have made numerous posts like these where you have a cocky attitude and treat me with no respect. It's bad enough that I am out 33 mil but you seem to find it nescessary to rub it in with every chance you get. Everyone who says I am just accusing him for no reason needs to wake up and think over the sitution. I have nothing to gain from doing this. I was elated to sell the first 87 mil and was over anxious to get rid of the last 33 mil. I did not know Spin until this happened and have no reason to want to ruin his rep. I wanted to sell my gp and I got screwed. It is up to you to guys to make your own descisions about wheather or not to do business with Spin but make sure you keep this event in the back of your minds.

Spin I doubt you will change your mind but if you do my offer still stands. If you give back the mils I wont tell anyone here what you did you can remain a reputable mm. I'm done with this forum so just send me a pm if you change your mind. Your attitutde has convinced me of your guilt so if you don't change your mind enjoy the 33 mil.

This is pretty hard to tell..in a way i do belive spin would of left the site if he actually did it, thats the way i am i dont handle guilt to well...I said befor that im sure he would've wanted to sell his remaining mills rather than make up lies so he cant sell it...This is a pretty confusing thing.

hmm, what i do not understand, that trusted mills and spin were close m8's and have been reported at the same time.

i may be wrong, but i think bouth of you have been building up trust then going for it when a big scam comes up.
