you complete offers with valid info...doesn't have to be yours necessarily and you get paid money. What does it have to do with Runescape?  The money goes straight into your PayPal account which can be used to buy mils or memberships (which is a method of payment Jagex uses).

btw if you doubt me -.- i tried the blockbuster thing (wanted cc so skipped) then found the iq thing, did like a dozen pages of it.. it finished. i told it info to send results.. then it kept sending me college offers and more offers and more -.- there was no end.. just another rip off site.It wasnt even mailing thing, they have rewards you select todo on there page..
and even if they mailed me , how do you tell it apart from your spam?
