is this a spyware?

every time i start up my computer a rundll thing appears and there reads error loading c:\progra~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\2.bin\mwsbar.dll is it a spyware or malware i think thats the cause for my net lag or is there another problem on my computer?

Can you try the following please, you have many anti-spyware realtime protections doing the same job
Let's try and eliminate some possibilities

I need you too disable all their realtime protections until we have you clear
open SpywareDoctor
To deactivate Spyware Doctor's OnGuard Tools

1. From within Spyware Doctor, click the "OnGuard" button on the left side.
2. Uncheck "Activate OnGuard".


Open Windows Defender.
Click on Tools, General Settings.
Scroll down and uncheck Turn on real-time protection (recommended).
After you uncheck this, click on the Save button and close Windows Defender.

I'm not familiar with F-Secure's anti-spyware protections, but can you disable them too please
LEAVE the anti-virus protection running
If your version of F-Secure's also has Firewall capabilites, ensure that you are NOT also using the one built into XP
You can check that within the Windows Control Panel


Afterwards, Access your add/remove programs and remove if found
My Web Search or similiar
If you didn't intentionally install Party Poker, remove it also

NOTE: If you are using Google toolbar for it's popup blocking abilities
IE included a built in Popup blocker in Service pack 2, which you have installed
Also, it appears F-Secure has a similiar feature
Again, too eliminate any possibilites, remove the Google toolbar

Do a "System scan only" with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

Including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Reboot the computer
Back in windows, delete this folder if found
C:\Program Files\MyWebSearch <--this folder

Post a fresh hijackthis log afterwards, let me know if things have improved

After you have ticked the above entry, close All other open windows
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Go back and reenable the realtime protections with Windows Defender by reversing what I recommended earlier
Open Windows Defender.
Click on Tools, General Settings.
Scroll down and Check Turn on real-time protection (recommended).
After you check this, click on the Save button and close Windows Defender.

Such as yourself, I found no problems either when I had it installed

Recommendation: Use Defender for it's realtime anti-spyware protections

I see you have Spybot installed, ensure it is Spybot 1.4
If it isn't let me know
Open Spybot>>search for updates every once in awhile
Then open Immunize>>OK>>Immunize at the top green cross
Immunize after every update
While in the Immunize section>>Uncheck "Enable Permanent Blocking of bad addresses in IE"
Windows Defender will supply the same time of protection, so no need having both protections running

*Install  SpywareBlaster 3.5.1 by JavaCool  

*Will block bad ActiveX Controls
*Block Malevolent cookies in Internet Explorer and Firefox
*Restrict actions of potentially dangerous sites in Internet Explorer

After installation, Check for updates and then click the "Enable all protection"
"Check for updates every couple of weeks"
after every update just simply click the "enable protection on all unprotected items"

Your version of Java is out of date, it's important to keep updated for security reasons
The latest version is J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 6
Access your Windows Control panel and open the Java icon
Under the General tab>>Delete files
Leave all 3 options selected then click OK
Under the Updater tab, check for updates manually

Afterwards, go to add/remove programs
Leave J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 6 installed but remove all older versions and updates

im runnig from it all of its protections and i installed id cause i hada mom on my computer
